Job summary

Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a full-time Outside Parts Sales professional to deliver excellent customer service to current and new customers. You will implement sales strategies, promote All Makes parts and services, and develop growth plans for multiple product lines.

Expect to prospect 10–15 new clients weekly while maintaining existing relationships. You will utilize CRM to track interactions, attend required training, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and schedule with minimal supervision.
• Experience building relationships and increasing sales at local/branch level.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to bring new customers from existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies for aftermarket products (Parts, Service, Maintenance).
• Promote and sell All Makes and proprietary Parts and Service.
• Develop and maintain growth strategies for products and services.
• Prospect 10–15 new customers weekly while maintaining current accounts.
• Schedule daily customer visits, targeting ~12 per day.
• Record transactions and sales potential in CRM; monitor market actions.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promos.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Share insights to improve customer service and market share.
