Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines.
• Experience with brake systems and suspension.
• Candidate should be able to read and follow preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review daily truck reports and repair safety issues.
• Perform lubrication, fluid checks and oil changes per PM schedules.
• Repair vehicle systems including tires, brakes, and suspensions.
• Conduct DOT inspections and maintain records.
• Maintain fuel pumping equipment and emergency shut-off systems.
• Schedule outside repairs and manage inventory needs.
