Job summary

UniFirst is hiring a Production Team Partner – Truck Loader (Non-CDL) for its New Kensington location. You will prep trucks for deliveries, move loaded vehicles on site, and follow safety guidelines.

The role includes on-the-job training, a 5-day work week with weekends off, and competitive benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 21, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and can lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries.
• Move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
