Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our production floor. You will clear out soiled products from service trucks, weigh and hoist materials, and help manage customer accounts. Training is provided as part of joining our production family.

The role features a 40-hour work week with weekends off, shift hours from 10:30AM to 7:00PM, and opportunities for cross-training, growth, and internal promotion within a strong, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old; at least 18 to operate machinery.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks.
• Separate products by type.
• Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process.
• Handle reductions and/or modifications to the customer’s account.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
