Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our production department in Louisville, KY. This 1st shift role involves loading garments onto trucks, moving loaded trucks on site, and strictly following safety and HACCP guidelines.

The position offers on-the-job training, a 5‑day work week with weekends off, and opportunities for growth within a large employee-owned organization. Candidates should be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load garments and other facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries.
• Move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
