Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Lease Sales Executive to drive full-service truck leasing and rental in a defined territory. Under the Director of Lease and Rental, you will plan sales objectives and manage dealer relationships to grow the business.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM with a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus commissions and earning potential. A Bachelor's degree and leasing/rental sales experience are preferred; CDL and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of truck leasing, truck rental or heavy duty equipment sales experience.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with a variety of customers.
• Disciplined with good organizational and time management skills.
• Marketing and collection experience desirable.
• Ability to interact effectively with challenging dealers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CDL preferred.
• Dependable with good attendance.

• Service and manage customer and dealer relationships, upholding commitments.
• Meet with customers to resolve questions and foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote branches and grow business.
• Identify product requirements and market conditions to stay competitive.
• Establish new account base via prospecting and cold calls.
• Develop market development strategies and implement initiatives.
• Oversee key accounts, maintain and grow established relationships.
• undertake additional duties as required.
