Chick-fil-A Lost Pines Food Truck is hiring team members to deliver remarkable guest experiences on a mobile food truck. You will work in a fast-paced, hospitable environment, taking orders, preparing items, and engaging guests with a warm, energetic attitude.

Two shifts are available (7AM–3PM, 1PM–9PM). Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; travel between locations is required using provided vehicles. Join a brand that emphasizes teamwork, leadership development, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
• Willingness to travel between locations on a food truck route.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and ensure accuracy.
• Engage guests with eye contact, smiles, and enthusiastic service.
• Prepare beverages, sauces, and basic food items on the truck.
• Maintain speed and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Assist with breading chicken and assembling meals as needed.
• Be flexible and multi-task across roles during shifts.

I. Executive Summary

We are excited to introduce a whole new way to Chick-fil-A:The Lost Pines Food Truck!We are looking for hardworking, energetic, and hospitable team members to join our team. The Mission of a Chick-fil-AFood Truck Team Member is to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible. The Team Member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect – all day, every day.

We set up a DRIVE THRU Monday - Friday in small neighboring towns. Looking for candidates who would like to travel in our provided vehicles to spread joy through the Chick-fil-A brand!

II. Role & Responsibilities

• Order Taking
• Create eye contact, share a Smile, Speak enthusiastically, and stay connected to the guest
• Take accurate and timely orders
• Fulfill guests’ orders by preparing beverages and sauces
• Food Prep
• Work with speed and accuracy at all times on to prepare orders on the truck
• Be flexible and be able to multi-task
• Bread Chicken, Assemble meals, etc.
• Must Be 18 years or older with a driver's License

IV. Schedule Details

We offer flexible scheduling with two shifts available:

• 7AM - 3PM
• 1PM - 9PM

AllTeam Members will report directly to FoodTruck Team Leaders, Directors and Executive Leadership.
