Chick-fil-A in New Orleans is seeking a reliable Truck Team Member to receive, organize, and store deliveries while upholding food safety and inventory standards. After truck duties, you transition to kitchen operations, helping breakfast and lunch service, stocking stations, and supporting teammates for fast, smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize daily truck deliveries.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and inspect product quality.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Stock and organize all storage areas, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe back-of-house environment.
• Work in a kitchen position after truck is completed.
• Support breakfast and lunch operations by preparing food and stocking stations.
• Assist fellow Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Communicate with leaders about inventory shortages, damaged products, or operational needs.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support the success of the restaurant.
