Kokosing in Monroe, OH is seeking a Shop Truck Mechanic for the day shift to inspect, diagnose, and repair a fleet of light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and perform preventative maintenance per safety and DOT standards.

You will document issues, communicate needs to management, assist on large projects, and work overtime including Saturdays; a two-year tech degree is preferred and about 5 years of experience is desirable.

Formación

• Two-year technical degree in diesel technology, heavy equipment mechanics, or similar.
• 5 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose and repair fleet vehicles including light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance per safety, DOT/OSHA standards.
• Document issues and repairs; communicate needs to managers.
• Willing to assist on large projects and on-site repairs.
• Maintain records and assist with DOT inspections.
