Kokosing Construction is hiring a dedicated technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a diverse fleet of trucks and equipment at our Monroe, OH facility. You will perform routine maintenance, document findings, and coordinate with management to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The role requires a two-year technical degree (diesel tech or related) and hands-on experience, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on overtime as needed.

Formación

• Two-year technical degree in diesel technology or heavy equipment mechanics.
• 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with good communication.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose and repair a large fleet of light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all vehicles.
• Document issues and repair work and communicate needs to management.
• Willing to assist on large projects and perform small repairs onsite.
