You will drive heavy-duty trucks, load and unload items, maintain warehouse organization, and support community drives; a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Pay: $14.00-$14.28
This position is responsible for:
Under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager, the Truck Driver & Warehouse Worker drives Salvation Army trucks along scheduled routes to pick up donations and deliver merchandise to customers; operates vehicles in compliance with Salvation Army standards and state driving regulations; loads, unloads, and transports donated goods including furniture, appliances, and clothing; ensures the safety, security, and accountability of vehicles and donations; maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; operates a baler machine; assists with community drives and special projects; and performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in warehouse, stockroom, retail, and outdoor environments. The position is regularly exposed to varying weather conditions, dust, lint, noise, crowds, vehicle traffic, and other conditions commonly associated with warehouse and transportation operations.
High school diploma or GED required. One year of experience driving a heavy-duty truck or large van and two years of experience receiving, sorting, storing, loading, and unloading materials in a warehouse or retail environment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
