Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses across local routes, with a focus on safety and customer service. You will be the face of Ferrellgas in your community, providing professional service and adhering to DOT and company safety standards.

We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for seasonal bonuses, with nightly home time. A Class A/B CDL and a clean driving record are required, with HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving recordPhysically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
