Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, businesses, and communities in Michigan. You’ll be the face of Ferrellgas, delivering safety-minded, top-tier service with local routes so you’re home most nights.

Qualified candidates have a Class A or B CDL (HazMat/Tanker endorsements preferred) and a clean driving record; training is provided where needed. Seasonal bonuses apply and growth opportunities exist within a trusted, nationwide team.

• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and working in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
