Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License.
• Experience with 48’–57’ dry vans or 42’ tanks for training.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and vehicle maintenance.
• Willingness to be away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient transport and delivery of freight by operating tractor-trailer combinations.
• Load and unload trailers, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Inspect tractor, trailer and equipment for defects and safe operating condition.
• Maintain records and complete shipping paperwork accurately.
• Comply with Federal and State regulations for safe operation of commercial vehicles.
