Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers who enjoy home weekly, reliable miles and strong benefits. Equal Employment Opportunity employer. The role covers 5 days out with 2 days home, typically Tues/Wed or Wed/Thu, serving SC, NC, AL, KY, GA, VA, OH, TN, WV.

Expect about 3 loads per week and 3 stops on average, with duties including pre-trip/post-trip inspections, timely deliveries, and clear communication with dispatch and driver managers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Terminations: Drivers terminated from their last 2 driving jobs will not qualify.
• Felonies/Misdemeanors: 10 years from arrest/conviction, reviewed.
• Class B or C: outside 7 years from conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No DUIs in a Commercial vehicle ever; no more than 2 DUIs lifetime; no DUIs in past 5 years.

Pay

$1690 to $2100 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family, Days Off: Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs...(Operating Area: SC, NC, AL, KY, GA, VA, OH, TN, VA and WV).

Load: 3 loads per week and 3 stops average.
