Job summary

GEX Transport in Denver is seeking experienced drivers for regional and over-the-road routes. Earn $1,600 to $2,100 per week with home weekly; 5 out and 2 days home with your family, operating area includes MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN and KY.

Duties include completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining logs, and clear communication with dispatch and driver managers. Requirements: valid CDL Class A, clean MVR, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months OTR or regional driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Responsibilities

Experience Drivers:

Must have a minimum of 3 months O.T.R or Regional experience.

Account:

$1600 to $2100 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN and KY).

Load

2 to 3 loads per week and 4 to 5 stops per load. (100% touch freight).

Duties

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Moving Violation:

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.

Accident:

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.

Terminations:

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI:

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
