Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking Experienced Class A truck drivers for weekly home time and consistent routes. OTR or regional 3 months minimum required. 100% touch freight with 3 loads per week and 3 stops on average. Home weekly: 5 out, 2 home with family.

Operate in the West Memphis AR area delivering to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL. Valid CDL A, clean MVR, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months OTR or regional trucking experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen.
• No major violations in specified periods.

Job description

Position. Experienced Class A truck drivers needed for weekly home time and consistent routes.

Experience Drivers: Must have a minimum of 3 months O.T.R or Regional experience, no exceptions.

Account: $1380 to $1700 per week.

Home Weekly: 5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: West Memphis AR delivering to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL).

Driver unloads freight using roller conveyors.

Load: 3 loads per week and 3 stops average. (100% touch freight).

Duties

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Accident: No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.
• Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
