Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is seeking a regional truck driver to haul freight across a multi-state area in the Midwest and East. The role involves pre/post trip inspections, timely deliveries, and adherence to a Monday–Friday schedule with early starts and long shifts.

Applicants must have a valid CDL A, be at least 21, and pass a DOT drug screen. A careful driving history is required, with sanctions reviewed on an individual basis.

• No more than 2 in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets
• All criminal convictions reviewed individually; felony drug charges outside 7 years

Responsibilities

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Operate regionally across OH, IL, MO, NY, PA, VA, WV, IN, MI, TN and KY.
• Start times 0200–0600; schedule Monday to Friday; shift 10–14 hours.
• No Touch Freight and about 1900 miles per week.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.
• No more than 2 in the last 3 years.
• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.
• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.
• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.

• No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
• If Driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
• Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
