Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. seeks experienced Class A truck drivers for regional routes with weekly home time and consistent schedules.

You'll operate in PA, MD, DE, NJ, VA, NC and SC, with start times 0400–1000, about 2235 miles weekly, and no-touch freight. Duties include pre/post-trip inspections and on-time deliveries, with 3 nights per week in the truck on average.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21, valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• DOT drug screen required (urine test).
• Moving violation: No more than 2 in last 3 years.
• Accident: No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in last 3 years.
• No unemployment: No more than 24 months of unemployment in the last 3 years for regular accounts.
• Terminations: No recent safety terminations.
• Felonies: All convictions reviewed; felony drug charges outside 7 years.
• DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and outside of 5 years.

Home Weekly

• Sunday to Thursday.
• Start times between 0400 to 1000.
• Drivers can expect 3 nights overnight in the truck weekly on average.

Duties

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.
• Moving Violation: No more than 2 in the last 3 years.
• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.
• Accident: No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.
• Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.
• Unemployment: No more than 24 months of unemployment in the last 3 years for regular accounts.
• Terminations: No recent safety terminations.
• Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.
• Misdemeanors: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.
• DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
• If Driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
• Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
