TravelCenters of America’s Effingham location is hiring a Store Reserved Lot Attendant to assist professional drivers with Reserve-It parking, arrivals, and information. You will help keep lots and fuel islands clean and follow safety guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Medical and retirement benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information.
• Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions.
• Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs.
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.
