TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Parking Attendant to assist professional drivers with Reserve-It parking, arrival, and general information. You will help keep the parking lot and fuel island clean while following the customer service sequence in the operations manuals.

The role requires good verbal communication, cash handling skills, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information.
• Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions.
• Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs.
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
