TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Parking Attendant to assist professional drivers with arrival, parking, and general information through our Reserve-It program. You’ll help maintain parking lot and fuel island cleanliness when not assisting Reserve-It functions, following safety guidelines and servicing customers with a friendly approach.

You must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
• Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions. Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals.
• Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
• Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
