CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
  • Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
  • Choose 27% of Line Haul
  • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time & Analytics

Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours of home time. We use analytics to ensure drivers get the quality time they deserve with their families.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in 120 days, with incremental weekly payments
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; loyalty increases to $.55 CPM after two years

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
