CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours. We track home time meticulously to ensure a better quality of life for our drivers.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; increases with loyalty (1-year: $.54 CPM, 2-years: $.55 CPM)

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
