Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
$0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay

Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down into weekly installments and milestones
Starting pay: $.53 CPM, with loyalty increases to $.55 CPM after two years

Job Requirements

1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
No DUI in past 10 years
Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
