Job Description: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver at Montgomery Transport

Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our team. We offer flexible pay options, steady freight, and a focus on work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with options for percentage or CPM pay. Base pay ranges from $0.53 to $0.55 CPM, with additional pay for overdrive and tenure increases.
• Choose 27% of Line Haul or increased weekly minimum pay ($1,200 - $1,300).

Home Time & Analytics:

Loyalty Pay Structure:

• Starting CPM based on loyalty: $.53 (new drivers), $.54 (1-year loyalty), $.55 (2-years loyalty)

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No recent DUI (past 10 years)
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
