CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300!

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! We track this with advanced analytics to ensure a better quality of life for our drivers and their families.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

Starting pay varies with loyalty:

• New drivers: $0.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty: $0.54 CPM
• 2-years loyalty: $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
