Penske Logistics in Plainfield, Indiana, is hiring full-time Class A CDL truck drivers. Drivers operate late-model Penske trucks on routes with average annual earnings of $85,000 to $95,000, a 5-day work week, and a schedule Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and U.S. domicile in the state of residence.
• Current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR must have two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency to comply with federal requirements.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $85000 to $95000 annually (depending on route assignment)
• 5 day work week
• Driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral
• Requires 1 to 2 layovers weekly

You will drive

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in‑class specs designed for comfort and safety

What you will do

• Deliver snack products to stores utilizing a manual pallet jack
• Average 8 to 12 stops per week
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Schedule

• 5 day work week: Sunday through Thursday
• Time off: Friday from 8 AM to Sunday 8 PM
• 1 to 2 layovers required per week
• AM or PM dispatch

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• English language proficiency required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
