Job summary

CHS Ag Services in Grand Forks, ND, is looking for a Truck Driver/Operations Specialist to join our team. The role involves hauling agricultural commodities to local customers and assisting with daily operations tasks. This is a Monday–Friday, home daily position with overtime during spring and fall peak times.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
