**Local & OTR Class A Truck Drivers – Des Moines, IA**

Sign on bonus $2,500.00

This is an over-the-road position requiring a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Paid vacation is available after 1 year of service, along with 4 personal holidays (after 90 days) and holiday pay for 6 national holidays.

**Essential Job Functions:**

The individual must adhere to all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL guidelines.

**Preferred Candidates:**

• One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience within the last seven years
• Must be 24 years of age or older
• Commercial License REQUIRED: Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements (Hazmat and Passport must be obtained within 60 days if not already held)
• Commitment to ADM’s zero injury safety culture and adherence to safety procedures
• Regular and punctual attendance
• No more than one moving violation in the past three years

**Compensation:**

The salary range for this position is approximately $74,827 to $133,075, based on experience, location, and other factors. Overtime pay applies to eligible employees. Employment is at-will, and pay may be adjusted at the company's discretion.
