Job Title: Local & OTR Class A Truck Drivers – Des Moines, IA

Sign-on bonus: $2,500.00

This is an over-the-road position requiring a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Employees are eligible for paid vacation after 1 year, 4 personal holidays (after 90 days), and holiday pay for 6 national holidays.

Essential Job Functions

The individual must adhere to all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL standards.

Preferred Candidates:

• At least one year of verifiable OTR or local tractor-trailer experience within the last seven years
• Must be 24 years of age or older
• Commercial License REQUIRED: Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements (Hazmat and Passport to be obtained within the first 60 days if not already held)
• Commitment to ADM’s zero injury safety culture and adherence to safety procedures
• Regular and prompt attendance
• No more than one moving violation in the past three years
• Relocation benefits are not provided; candidates must arrange their own transportation to and from work.

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Base pay ranges from $74,826.96 to $133,074.76, depending on factors such as location, experience, and skills. Overtime pay applies to qualifying hours. Employees are employed at-will, with the company reserving the right to modify pay and benefits at any time.
