An established industry player is seeking two dedicated Truck Driver/Laborers for full-time positions. The Town of Sharon seeks two full-time (40 hours/week, M-F 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Truck Driver / Laborers. Depending on qualifications and interest, one position will be in the Forestry & Grounds Division and the other will be in the Operations Division.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Manual labor and operation of various equipment and vehicles for landscaping and maintenance of the Town’s parks, trees, athletic fields, and grounds. Mandatory overtime required during snow removal from roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks.

Starting Salary: $52,645; will increase to $53,705 on 7/1/25; and will increase to $54,808 on first anniversary. Salary and benefits in accord with AFSCME contract.
