Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience (construction experience a plus).
• Valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement and other proper endorsements.
• Clean MVR at time of offer.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (Drug-Free Workplace).
• Read maps, follow instructions, and work in dusty or dirty surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment including Double Bellies, Double Sides, and Strongarms.
• Support services with Water Trucks, Street Sweepers, Telebelts, and Broom Trucks.
• Load management: transport materials to and from active construction sites with precision and care.
• Safety & compliance: maintain a clean MVR and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• On-site coordination: work with project managers and crew to meet daily production goals.

Position Responsibilities

• Workers should be able to:
  • Read and interpret road maps
  • Practice good safety habits
  • Work in dusty or dirty surroundings
  • Follow instructions and meet set standards for hauling and scheduling
  • Judge distances and weights accurately
  • Make decisions based on verifiable standards
• Physically, workers must be able to:
  • Stoop, bend, and crouch
  • Use hands, arms, and legs fully
  • See well (either naturally or with correction)
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to pass a company physical and meet all DOT requirements.
