HealthTrust Performance Group is seeking a Truck Driver III to safely deliver supplies and goods and to operate tractor trailer vehicles as needed. You will ensure proper shipment information and complete electronic paperwork in a regulated environment.

The role requires licensing across E/A/B classes, at least 1 year of delivery experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Expect physical requirements and potential long-haul responsibilities within a hospital supply chain context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies, mail, equipment, lab specimens, food, pharmacy, x-ray, recycle/shred, biohazard and laundry.
• Ensure bill of lading has all required shipment information.
• Comply with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Handle electronic paperwork and reports.
• Operate vehicles from cars to 80,000 lb trucks.
• Use forklift, pallet jack, 2-wheel dollies and carts.

What you will do in this role:

• You will deliver supplies, mail, equipment, lab specimens, food, pharmacy, x-rays, recycle/shred, biohazard, oxygen and laundry.
• You will ensure that bill of lading includes all required shipment information.
• You will comply with company policy and DOT regulations.
• You will be responsible for all electronic paperwork and required reports.
• You will operate vehicles ranging from cars to trucks with weights of 80,000 pounds.
• You will use equipment to include a forklift, pallet jack, 2-wheel dollies and carts.

What you should have for this role:

• Class E License, or Class A License, or Class B License
• 1-year Supply Chan Delivery experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum lifting requirement of 50 pounds
• Some delivery positions require many hours of walking on concrete floors
• Experience with motor vehicles ranging in size of cars to trucks with gross weight up to 26,000 lbs. Forklift, pallet jack (powered and non-powered), 2-wheel dollies, carts. Preferred
