Job Details: Job Location: Mount Vernon, OH 43050, Position Type: Full Time, Job Category: Warehouse, Scope of Work:

Deliver parts to customers as required. May also assist parts/warehouse personnel with pulling and packaging parts for delivery.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders or quotes by phone, fax, email, and/or walk-in


• Analyze orders for accuracy, cross reference by serial number, and enter orders into system

• Receive stock orders into the system


• Assist in updating files, books, and customer information


• Deliver orders to customer locations daily


• Pull warehouse orders as needed for daily deliveries


• Process customer returns from daily deliveries


• Process core returns to WPI vendors


• Process parts returns to WPI vendors


• Assist warehouse with daily orders for will call and branch transfers

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year previous experience


• G.E.D. or High School Diploma


• Some mechanical background or knowledge helpful

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)

• Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards


• Must be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred. (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Must be able to lift 50 pounds


• Must be able to bend and twist several times a day


• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days, and weekends (as necessary)
