Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Parts Delivery Associate to deliver orders and support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with pulling/packing, and maintaining safety and accuracy during daily deliveries. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 50 pounds; weekend work may be required.

Scope of Work:Deliver parts to customers as required. May also assist parts/warehouse personnel with pulling and packaging parts for delivery.Primary Job Responsibilities:Take customer orders or quotes by phone, fax, email, and/or walk-inAnalyze orders for accuracy, cross reference by serial number, and enter orders into systemQuote overhauls and spares as requiredReceive stock orders into the systemAssist in updating files, books, and customer informationDeliver orders to customer locations dailyPull warehouse orders as needed for daily deliveriesProcess customer returns from daily deliveriesProcess core returns to WPI vendorsProcess parts returns to WPI vendorsAssist warehouse with daily orders for will call and branch transfersMinimum Qualifications:Must have 1 year previous experienceG.E.D. or High School DiplomaSome mechanical background or knowledge helpfulRequirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)Must have a current driver’s license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standardsMust be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred.
