Job summary

WPI is seeking an inside sales associate to handle orders and quotes by phone, fax, email, or walk‑in. You will verify order accuracy, enter data into the WPI system and cross-check by serial number.

Responsibilities include updating files, receiving stock orders, handling emergency orders from vendors, and maintaining customer relations. Training is provided; forklift operation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some mechanical background or knowledge preferred.
• Computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders for accuracy and enter orders into WPI system; cross-reference by serial number.
• Assist in updating files, books and customer information; receive stock orders into system.
