Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time on our Midwest regional routes. The position offers an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

• Increased orientation pay to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), with payments at various milestones:

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
