Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in the first 180 days: $10,000 total
• Schedule: Week 1: $1,500; Week 2: $1,200; 120 Days: $2,300; 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
