Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc in Indianapolis is seeking a Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker / Install Technician to operate a box truck, manage loading/unloading, and maintain delivery records. You will assist with inventory, use RF and basic IT equipment, and perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs while following safety policies.

This role requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical card, ability to pass drug screening and background check, and the option to obtain KM

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Meet DOT medical requirements (Medical Card).
• MUST pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical activity required including frequent bending, reaching, lifting and standing.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong computer/networking skills are a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
• OP installation experience or willing to complete KM certification for A3 and A4 devices
• High School Diploma or HS equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Operates a box truck to transport company goods/equipment to and from specified locations safely and professionally. This includes following efficient travel routes.
• Load and unload trucks safely and in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Maintains records of pick up/deliveries. Accurately complete paperwork (Pick Tickets, Pick Slips, Count Sheets, etc.)
• Utilize all job-related equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, computer work and Radio Frequency (RF).
• Verify inventory and assist with inventory level maintenance
• Pull/push/lift equipment of up to 50 lbs. from warehouse stock, using available resources.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse.
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned.
