Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker / Install Technician in Minnesota. Responsibilities include delivering equipment, processing PODs in SAP, loading/unloading, forklift operation, and performing initial on-site installations with basic network setup.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, ability to pass background/drug screens, and physical ability to lift up to 53 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Meet DOT medical requirements (Medical Card).
• MUST pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical activity required including frequent bending, reaching, lifting and standing.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong computer/networking skills are a plus.
• OP installation experience or willing to complete KM certification for A3 and A4 devices.
• High School Diploma or HS equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up office product equipment to and from end users.
• Retrieve end user PODs using XP8 device.
• Learn/use equipment like stair climber, dolly, GPS.
• Read, write and communicate in English; read packing lists and delivery instructions.
• Maintain and drive vehicles per state/federal laws.
• Process customer returns daily through SAP.
• Analyze asset reports for improvements.
• Pick and pack products per orders following QA processes.
• Move inventory within warehouse as needed.
• Load/unload trucks up to ~53lbs.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Installations at customer sites including setup and initial tech troubleshooting.
• Establish preliminary network connections when delivering new units at customer sites.
• Interface with GSC for networking installs when required.
