Konica Minolta is actively recruiting for a Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker / Install Technician to join our team in the US. This role drives box trucks, loads/unloads cargo, maintains records, and uses RF, forklift, and warehouse systems.

You’ll work independently or with a team, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. We offer an above-market hourly wage with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, overtime eligibility, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; a background screening will be conducted.
• Non-CDL driving experience preferred; must meet DOT medical requirements including a valid DOT card.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently within procedures or in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Computer literate with data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Operates a box truck to transport goods to and from locations safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks safely following guidelines.
• Maintain records of pickups/deliveries and complete paperwork.
• Utilize equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, computer and RF as needed.
• Verify inventory and assist with inventory level maintenance.
• Pull/push/lift equipment up to 50 lbs from warehouse stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
