• Maintain accurate logs and follow Dispatcher instructions.
• Secure loads using approved devices and methods.
• Perform Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections of delivery equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Identify and report safety, discrepancy and efficiency concerns.
• Follow detailed shipping documents and bills of lading and report any deviations to supervisor.
• All other duties assigned.

Position Summary

Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of materials to the customer base and the backhauling of materials to the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drivers operate tractors with trailers on public streets and highways.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Mostly outdoor position, subject to weather-Frequent

Physical Demands

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in changing weather conditions
• Ability to spend long periods of time on a forklift
• Rare ability for non-CDL driving
