Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring full-time Class A CDL truck drivers for local, home-daily routes in Clyde, OH. You will operate late-model Penske trucks on no-touch, drop-and-hook shuttle runs while maintaining high safety standards and professional customer service.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays from day one, strong retirement plans, and excellent health care coverage. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00am–4:00pm with two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (interstate) required
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• $25.50/hour; average $92820 annually with OT
• Sign-on bonus

You will drive:

• 53' trailer, automatic day-cab equipment
• Late model, Penske-maintained trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

• Shuttle freight from warehouse to plant
• No-touch, drop & hook
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00am to 4:00pm
• 2 days off per week

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
