• Pay starts at $27/hour with a $7,000 Sign-On BONUS (details discussed during interview).
• Full-time driver, home daily.
• Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Dispatch at 3:00 pm.

Position Purpose

The Driver operates tractor/trailer equipment to deliver and unload food products safely and timely, complying with DOT regulations. Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, and performs other duties as assigned to serve the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and safe driving policies.
• Inspect and secure freight, check invoices, and document properly.
• Drive routes, unload products, and verify deliveries with customers.
• Handle damaged goods, secure equipment, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain logs of hours of service per regulations.
• Keep tractor, trailers, and work area clean and secure equipment after shifts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass drug, background, and road tests.
• Current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 10-90 pounds and use equipment to move freight.
