Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Asphalt Plant Loader Operators for construction projects in North TX. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals eager to grow with us.

The laborers will support the project and crew with various tasks, including:

1. Able to follow instructions
2. Support skilled trades
3. Hand digging / trenching
4. Pour concrete
5. Place asphalt
6. Set forms
7. Traffic control
8. Place erosion control devices
9. General site cleanup and maintenance
10. Follow safety policies & procedures
11. Work hours adjusted to project needs; days, nights, weekends
12. Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold
13. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

1. 2+ years of experience
2. Strong commitment to jobsite safety
3. Demonstrated safe work practices
4. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
