Pay and Schedule
- Weekly pay, with earnings of $1200 or more
- Pay per mile: $0.53 (Bulk), $0.49 (Dry Van)
- Average weekly miles: 2000
- Pay per stop: $32.50 (Bulk), $18.50 (Dry Van)
- Average stops per week: 10
- Per diem: $60/night, with about 1 night per week
- Overnight stays in Ryder-booked hotels
- Safety bonus up to $2,000/year, paid quarterly
- Paid training included
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Start time: 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
Route and Equipment
- Deliver SOLO within a 300-mile radius of Fort Worth
- Home daily, with occasional overnight
- Tractor type: Day Cab
- Trailer types: Dry Van, 53' & Specialized Bulk Feed Trailers
- Training provided for all equipment
- Freight: Touch – Live Stock Animal Feed

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
- DOT physical and road test
- Valid CDL with necessary endorsements
- Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- Assist with loading/unloading freight as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
