Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time CDL Class A truck drivers in US-MN-Eagan. The role offers best-in-class trucks, safety features, and a robust benefits package. Expect home daily, Monday–Friday schedules, and competitive pay with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Driver referrals can add up to $5,000 per referral. Responsibilities include multi-stop deliveries, accurate tire counts, and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; must be domiciled in the U.S.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires to retail locations by unloading from trailer to receiving personnel and processing inventory.
• Count and verify tire quantities for each delivery to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Average $85000 annually
• $5000 sign-on bonus

• Home daily

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort
• Equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras, helping to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• Multi-stop deliveries tires to retail customer locations by rolling them directly from the trailer to receiving personnel for inventory processing.
• Count and verify the exact number of tires being delivered to each retail customer to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Routes typically dispatch between 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM
• Hours vary by route and delivery appointment times

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
