Penske Logistics in Minneapolis is hiring full-time CDL Class A Truck Drivers. Expect regional travel (up to 100%) with overnight weeks and weekend home time; average pay around $130,000 annually.

Late-model Penske trucks, top-tier safety features, and in-cab cameras support safe, reliable deliveries. You will perform multi-stop deliveries to dealerships and retailers, unload with pallet jacks, and scan products.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and domiciled in the U.S.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year tractor-trailer in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer violations/accidents.
• English language proficiency per 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2).
• Complete Penske employment application, background check and drug screening.
• This role is safety-sensitive under DOT.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to dealerships and stores.
• Unload trailer with pallet jacks and hand trucks; scan products on unloading and delivery.
• Drive late-model Penske trucks with safety features and in-cab cameras.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $130000 annually
• New hourly pay rate
• Overnight travel during the week, with home time typically on weekends
• Travel required, up to 100 percent

What you will do:

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships and retail stores
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
• Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for duration of work assignment
• Overnight travel during the week, with home time typically on weekends

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
