Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. You will enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Typical pay includes $0.53 per mile for 1700–2000 miles weekly, $28 per stop for no-touch, $67 per stop for touch, and $65 per night per diem with 3–4 nights per week. Paid training. Schedule: Sunday night or Monday morning through Friday, with 7:00 AM dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly


• Solo Miles Pay:$0.53 per Mile with 1700 - 2000 Miles per Week


• No Touch Stops Pay:$28.00 Per stop


• Touch Stops Pay: $67.00 Per Stop


• Stops per week: 8 Stops


• Per Diem Pay: $65.00 per night with 3 - 4 nights per Week

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age


• Pass a Ryder Drug Test


• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years


• Pass a DOT physical


• Pass a Ryder road test


• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
